    ⋅ Master´s Degree in Literature with a major in Hispanic Literature (1987)

    ⋅ Postgraduate studies at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main (Germany) (1970-1971)

    ⋅ Postgraduate degree: Expert in Children´s Literature. Cátedra Juana de Ibarbourou, Montevideo, Uruguay (1996)

    ⋅ For over forty five years, Professor of the Faculty of Education of the Pontificial Catholic University of Chile in the  Department of Language Arts (Spanish), Children’s Literature and Creative Language.

    ⋅ Researching Professor of the same university, in the fields of Integrated Expression, Reading and Television, and Translation in Children´s Literature and Multicultural Books.

    ⋅ She also taught at the Universidad de los Andes, Universidad Alberto Hurtado and Universidad Diego Portales, in Santiago de Chile.

    ⋅ Author of numerous articles in specialized magazines on Children´s Literature and Language Arts
